Terms & Conditions:

1. ELIGIBILITY

The referral program is open to active NX Fiber Home Plan subscribers.
Referral must include the referrer's account name and account number on their application form

2. REFERRAL POINTS

Referrers will earn points based on the subscription plan of the customer they refer. The percentage of earned points corresponds to the referred plan, as shown below:

Points will continue to be credited as long as both the referrer and the referred subscriber maintain active accounts. The referrer must remain subscribed to a regular plan with a minimum rate of ₱1,100 or higher

4. VIOLATION & FORFEITURE

Any form of fraudulent activity including but not limited to fake referrals or manipulation of the system, will result in the immediate forfeiture of all accumulated points and may lead to suspension or permanent disqualification from the referral program.

5. GENERAL TERMS

Once a referral indicated on your application form has been submitted, it is deemed final and can no longer be modified or withdrawn.
Certain accounts are not eligible for the Referral Program, including but not limited to some of Government accounts, Direct Business accounts, Special offer accounts, Discounted accounts, and other non-regular account types. Any referrals falling under these categories shall be considered invalid or may not be credited.
The company may change, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at its discretion.
Any changes will be announced through official communication channels (email, website, etc.).
By participating in the program, referrers are considered to have agreed to all stated terms and conditions.
