HOW TO EARN POINTS

A minimum of 500 points is required to make a redemption.

Points have a 1:1 conversion rate (1 point = ₱1).

To redeem, simply inform the cashier that you would like to use your points for your current transaction.

Points can be used to get discounts on the following:

Monthly subscription payments
-
Device or unit purchases and upgrades

Relocation or service transfer fees
-
Other eligible service-related charges

If points are being redeemed for device/unit purchases, upgrades, or any charges involving physical items, and the account holder is unable to claim in person, the authorized representative must present the following:

A signed authorization letter from the account holder.

A photocopy of one (1) valid ID showing three (3) specimen signatures of both: the account holder, and the authorized representative.

HOW TO REDEEM POINTS

Once points have been redeemed, the transaction is irreversible and cannot be modified, canceled, or reversed.

Points may only be used by the registered account holder and cannot be transferred to another person or account.

In the event of a transfer of account ownership, all accumulated points will remain with the original account number and cannot be transferred to a different account.

Points are not convertible to cash, not refundable, and cannot be exchanged for monetary credit.

In the event that a payment or transaction involving earned or redeemed points is refunded or canceled, the corresponding points used will be deducted or adjusted from the account.

Unauthorized use or fraudulent redemption of points may result in account suspension or forfeiture of all accumulated points without prior notice.

The company reserves the right to audit, adjust, or revoke points in cases of billing discrepancies, technical errors, or misuse
